Does the hotel have its own parking lot?

Yes, Hotel Větruše has its own parking area right next to the hotel. Parking at the hotel is FREE of charge.

Yes, the hotel has barrier-free access right at the reception, and you can easily reach the reception, rooms, and restaurant.

Is there an electric car charging station?

There are two charging stations for electric cars located directly next to the hotel. Payment can be made at the reception or via the QR code on the charger.

When can I check in and when do I need to check out?

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out until 11:00 AM. If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage at the reception and enjoy the hotel bar or wellness center. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon agreement with the reception.

What documents do I need for check-in?

To check in, you must present a valid ID (identity card, passport, or driver's license).

Can I stay with my dog?

Yes, our hotel warmly welcomes your pets. The fee for an animal is CZK 300 per night.

Are children welcome at the hotel?

Yes, children are welcome.
We provide baby cots and highchairs free of charge.

Does the hotel offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer gift vouchers for accommodation, wellness, the restaurant, stay packages, and massages.
Vouchers can be ordered by email or directly at the reception.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Yes, the hotel has its own restaurant open daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Table reservations can be made via our website in the Restaurant & Table Reservation section.

When are breakfast, lunch, and dinner served?

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 10:00, lunch can be ordered anytime from 11:00, and dinner is available until 9:45 PM.

Does the hotel offer half or full board?

The hotel offers half board when guests book a stay package that includes dinner.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, a rich buffet breakfast is included in the accommodation price.
It is served daily from 7:00 to 10:00 in the hotel restaurant.

I’m lactose or gluten intolerant — will I find suitable food?

We also offer options for vegetarians, vegans, and guests with gluten-free or lactose-free diets.

Yes, our hotel has both a Bio Sauna and a Finnish Sauna.

Our wellness is private, so guests may use the sauna either with or without swimwear.

Does the hotel offer massages?

Yes, our masseuse comes from the Philippines and is highly specialized in massages that help you relax and unwind.

Is access to the wellness area free of charge?

Access to the wellness center is subject to a fee. Discounted prices are available for hotel guests.

What’s the difference between a Finnish sauna and a bio sauna?

The Finnish sauna is a traditional dry sauna with a temperature around 80–100°C and very low humidity (5–15%). A bio sauna offers a milder experience with temperatures around 45–60°C and higher humidity, approximately 40–60%.

Does the hotel have a whirlpool?

Yes, our hotel has two whirlpools, each located in its own private room.

Are there any age restrictions for the wellness area?

There are no age restrictions. Children may enter the wellness area only when accompanied by an adult and at their own risk.

Can I book wellness services upon arrival?

Yes, services can be booked on-site at the hotel reception. However, we always recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time slot is available.

No, rooms do not have a minibar, but you can visit our Lobby Bar, which is open 24/7, for any drinks you’d like.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?

Yes, a hairdryer is available in the bathroom.

Payments and Fees

What payment methods does the hotel accept?

We accept cash and payment cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express.
Accommodation can also be paid in advance by bank transfer.

What currencies can I pay with?

Payments can be made in Czech crowns or euros.

Are all fees already included in the price?

Breakfast is included in the accommodation price. Additionally, a local tax of CZK 30 per person per night is payable at the hotel.

Hotel Location

How far is it to the city center?

You can easily reach the city center by cable car, which goes directly from the hotel to the shopping center. Tickets can be purchased at the cable car station. Alternatively, you can reach the center by car, taxi, or on foot. The center is located just below the hotel.

Does the hotel have a view of the city?

Yes, the hotel offers a beautiful view of the entire city center and the river flowing through it.

Is there an ATM near the hotel?

The nearest ATM is located in the shopping center accessible by cable car.

Good to Know

Where can I smoke at the hotel?

Smoking is permitted in designated areas — in front of the hotel, in the hotel atrium, on the restaurant terrace, and on balconies located on the first floor.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. If canceled less than 24 hours before arrival, a fee equal to 100% of the first night’s price applies.

What languages are spoken?
