Our chefs place great emphasis on freshness and seasonality of ingredients, thus we regularly update the seasonal part of our menu according to the currently available ingredients. This allows us to offer guests unique taste experiences that reflect the beauty and diversity of each season.
Our Signature Dishes
Our "Svíčková" (beef sirloin with creamy sauce and dumplings) has been renowned for years in the region and for many guests reason to return. In 2013, it even won the prestigious «Taste of the Czech Republic» competition and its recipe has been preserved until today.
We also recommend our delicious plate-sized veal schnitzel or the beef tartare with toast without crusts.
